Charity Events can come in many varieties and are typically lavish affairs designed to inspire guests to contribute and raise funds for the particular charity or the entity they are supporting.  For many of these very special charity events, we arrange  celebrity hosted affairs. Some events we have arranged are; a party in an artist gallery, a private musical concert, celebrity workshops where the guests participate in the celebrity’s craft, private parties in celebrity homes and villas, balls at some of the world’s best carnival festivals, river cruises hosted by celebrities and charity officials, private island escapes with gala events and lavish celebrations…

Company and Organization Hosted charity events are really starting to gain momentum due to the win-win rewards for the guests, the charities and the institutions. One of the most successful of these events is our Group River Cruise Benefit. The company or organization promotes the trip with employees, membership, customers, friends, families, and the community. The cruise suppliers will contribute funds to advertising and promotion of your event. The group receives special pricing, incentives and amenities while on the cruise, as well as seeing incredible destinations, and enjoying tours and activities of special significance in these areas. Often the guests are using this event as their vacation. The company gains new exposure and establishes better relationships with their customers and the community who often become new customers. The charities receive a generous contribution from Celebration Escapes and the River Cruise Supplier, as well as from the guests who want to support the charity in a financial way. These trips generally become annual events that everyone plans for and where relationships are strengthened as a result of this annual bonding and charity support. You can expect exponential increases in your customer base and loyalty of your existing customers with these events.

On location campaigns produce some of the most successful support. As an example, we have organized special trips for wine-makers who support various charities in other parts of the world. Guests and supporters go to the country with the charity officials supporting the community. They visit the vineyards, wineries, wine caves, and enjoyed wine making tours, and unique dining and wine tastings. The supporters experience up close and personally some of the issues the charity is helping and meet people who will benefit directly from the charity’s efforts and financial support. We organized grand celebration dinners, where the guests enjoyed culinary and entertainment delights with a local flare. At these events contributors give financial support to the charity.  There are many other charities that we have organized events for in various parts of the world where the guests have true hands-on experiences with the recipients of the funding or actually work on the projects with the beneficiaries.
