Dream gourmet cuisine harmonized with rich and colorful wine flavors enhances the overall gourmet dining experience. Inclusive wine pairings are thoughtfully selected to please your gastronomic palate. An open bar with select brands is available throughout the day, with beverages served upon request anywhere on board, including the Top of the Yacht Bar, featuring 360° views of the surrounding landscapes and seascapes. The Pool Bar offers refreshing beverages throughout the day and the Main Salon is enjoyed by guests for pre-dinner cocktails. After dinner service, the Piano Bar and Casino is a favorite locale for a nightcap.

For our wine connoisseur guests, specially designed Wine Voyages are available in the Mediterranean from May-November. Explore the wonderful flavors and history by immersing yourself with carefully crafted selections of world-renowned wineries, onboard or ashore. Wine Director, Ida Dønheim, designed these wine voyages exclusively for our SeaDream guests. Wine Voyages include specialized winery visits and land adventures with activities to satisfy the sommelier in you.
Premium Selections
In addition to complimentary wine selections, the SeaDream cellar is stocked with a varied collection from the Old and New World. A wide selection of rare and trendy wines including the Château Ducru Beaucaillou Grand Cru Classé, 2002; and Insignia, Napa Valley, 2006; is available. A premium listing of spirits and concoctions is available, offering a selection of rare whiskeys and cognacs, trendy gins and vodkas, all at attractive prices.

What's Included
On all SeaDream voyages, bar drinks and selected wine are complimentary. Wine packages by-the-glass during Winemaker’s dinner and Wine Land Adventures are offered for an additional cost. During a wine cruise, a representative from the visiting winery will be present, to host the scheduled wine tastings and the winemaker’s dinner. At minimum, SeaDream Wine Voyages feature:
- 2 complimentary wine tastings per voyage
- 1 Winemakers Dinner / food and wine pairing dinner per voyage
- 2 Wine related Yachting Land Adventures* per voyage in addition to our regular selection
*Yachting Land Adventures are optional at an additional cost charged to your onboard account.

Wineries & Vineyards
Immerse yourself in wonderful flavors while visiting famous wineries as well as several less familiar, but equally notable vineyards. With a SeaDream wine tasting cruise, you can expand or even begin your knowledge through the intricate world of wine. Days are filled with wine tastings and guided tours to the origins of some of the finest wine in the world. Learn and experience the history of the vintage wineries and taste a selected range of their portfolio. Visiting these historic destinations makes it a great experience for non-wine drinkers as well!
Winemaker’s Dinner
Scarborough is the capital city of this island which is just over 6 miles wide and 25 miles long. The island is part of a republic which also includes Trinidad, which as a whole is conveniently named Trinidad & Tobago. Like many Caribbean islands, history includes influence from Britain, The Netherlands, France, and Spain, as well as Sweden.The active at heart can enjoy water sports and hiking opportunities on the island. For those looking for a slower pace, the island offers a Botanical Garden, Historical Museum, and parks and tours.
