What Happens After the Creative Planning Session (CPS)

At the end of the session, your travel expert will have enough information to prepare an itinerary for you.

Once the itinerary is designed or selected, your travel consultant will reach out to the suppliers, and experts on the ground in-country to negotiate the best pricing, special amenities, and extra value for the elements in your program.

Once the itinerary is priced, your travel advisor will prepare the proposal for your review and consideration.

Now it’s time to review. At this stage you and your travel specialist alter or modify the elements in your itinerary until it matches your dreams for the journey.

Once you approve the itinerary and the travel plans, the trip can be booked and deposited.

Before your Travel Consultant can book your trip, you will have to give us the contact and personal information necessary and required by suppliers handling your trip. This will include a variety of items that must all be proffered before the trip can be booked.

Once all of the personal information is on file in our encrypted database, your Travel Consultant will book and make deposit on your trip.

What Happens Next?

Your Travel Consultant will be designing your itinerary,

Meeting with Suppliers and Experts in Destination,

Getting Quotes on all Elements of your Itinerary,

Preparing Your Quote Documents,

Sending Quotes To You For Review & Consideration,

Communicating with You to Finalize the Itinerary,

Coordinating with All of the Travelers and Gathering All Needed Information,

Book and Deposit on Your Journey.

Upon Confirmation from the Suppliers, We Will Send Travelers Confirmations on their Booking and for Their Deposits.

While You Are On  Your Trip:

You will have a detailed contact list of people who can assist you while you are on your journey. (Local Managers, Drivers, Tour Guides, Restaurants where reservations are included in your itinerary,  Hotel Staff, etc.)

Your Travel Consultant is in touch with your team on the ground daily. Any concerns or issues you have should be reported to your Travel Specialist immediately. 

They will work directly with you, liaison with the experts on the ground, the  suppliers, and help to resolve any matters you encounter on your trip. 

Make sure to send us photos and make FB posts while you are on your trip, so we can share your joy and follow your journey.

When You Return Home

Relax and settle back into your routine.

While everything is fresh in your mind, let your Travel Consultant know your thoughts about your journey.
