Custom Service Package: One Day Event (Usually in a local destination)
For the Client who would like to plan certain aspects of their event but are interested in assistance with design, décor, and vendors. You also want the assistance of a Professional to manage, orchestrate, and produce the event.
This package is ideal for the Client who wants help with conceptualizing the event, unlimited professional advice during planning, hiring & orchestrating vendors and management and production of the entire event day.
This package typically begins 8 months - 1 year prior to the event and includes unlimited communication and advice from Celebration Escapes.
In the 2 months prior to the event, we confirm everything the Client has already booked and we combine that information with our own to produce a minute by minute timeline of the event. Our Event Experts will then use the information provided by the Client, the suppliers and vendors, and our own timeline to effectively orchestrate and produce all schedules and every detail of the days steps. We arrive in the early hours when the venue is being prepared, manage the entire event, and don't leave until the last guest departs and the venue is restored to its original condition.
