Hi Pamala,

I wanted to let you know about our trip.

We had a great time in Italy. Our itinerary was a lot more intense than we anticipated and ended up having to just cancel the last tours because we were exhausted! In hindsight, we should have listened to you and scheduled some free days in there to recover. 

All of the tours we did go on were great. Guides (especially Enzo in Rome) and drivers were friendly and on time and for the most part, everything went smoothly. Some comments I have are,

I would not schedule the Vatican and Colosseum on the same day, way too much information.

The cooking class in Rome was not impressive. Facility was nice but chef acted like he did not want to be there.

The cooking class in Florence was great! Going to the market and Stephanie's flat was a wonderful experience.

The wine tour in Tuscany was also great. Very personal experience.

The stopovers to and from Rome (Ovierto and Sienna) were also wonderful and broke up the long drive perfectly.

We spent a lot of time driving to and from tours as well. I will pay more attention to your recommendations and the actual excursion times in the future.

One of the best parts was the VIP airport assistance, both when we landed and departed Rome, Priceless!

Overall, great trip and wonderful customized experiences. Thank you for planning it for us. I will contact you next time we decide to travel abroad.
