Dear Pam,

 Thanks for all of your hard work and detail you did for our Queen Mary 2 Fall Leaves Cruise. The Grill Suites are magnificent! It was so elegant and such a special experience. I would like to do it again just to repeat the magic. We did get a scare at the airport but with your help that was resolved. I had some problems with getting the proper outlet for my breathing machine but thaks to you I was able to purchase one after being connected with the right person. Other than those very minor glitches the trip went without a worry.  

The service was magical and being surrounded by British...more Brits than Americans I began to feel like we were in London. The tours were great. I'm so glad that we did the private ones. George and Barbara liked being connected with the ship but ended up going on the two with us that they booked through you.

I preferred the way we did it and it was so wonderful having everything taken care of.  There were no lines or big groups. The Limo in Boston was amazing, especially with my back and feet issues.

I still needed a trip to the spa when we got back for a foot massage and did have to miss one formal night to put my feet up, but it was well worth it. We got a lot of touring in with as little walking as possible. What a beautiful, clean city, Boston is. Loved it. 

You took such great care of us. I really didn't realize how well until I was on the Ocean Liner for a few days. The 12th Deck, our balcony stateroom and the extra treats including the candy and champagne were over the top. We were such special guests of the Cruise.  It was fantastic. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! I couldn't go on a Cruise without you as our Guardian Angel looking over us.
