Dear Pam, 

Please let me tell you overall we had a wonderful time with special memories that will last us a lifetime!  The cruise experience was minor. Again, we were more focused on the ports of call and enjoyed every moment! France was fine, but I preferred Italy...just a personal preference.

Overall, we had a wonderful time!  The excursions you arranged for us were better than expected. Of course, there just was not enough time at each port.  We would have gladly given up the French Riveria for more time in Italy ; especially, with the strikes that caused us to return to the port early.  

The excursion to Tuscany was especially wonderful, and we would highly recommend this to your other clients!
